## Overview We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various construction tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. ## Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
• Perform carpentry, welding, plastering, roofing, masonry, and concrete forming tasks
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction projects
• Utilize hand tools to complete construction tasks efficiently ## Requirements
• Proven experience working on construction sites
• Proficiency in carpentry, welding, plastering, roofing, masonry, and concrete forming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Competency in operating heavy equipment for construction purposes
• Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for construction tasks
