Responsibilities Assist experienced plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools safely and effectively under supervision. Support the assembly and installation of piping, fixtures, and mechanical components following project specifications. Participate in remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks to develop a broad understanding of plumbing applications. Help ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Basic knowledge of construction practices and an interest in construction plumbing or related fields. Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, or carpentry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizes and layouts. Prior experience on construction sites or handyman work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
