In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems across various construction sites and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality service. Whether you're handling pipe installations, troubleshooting sewer blockages, or performing remodeling tasks, your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity of plumbing infrastructure. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage components on construction sites and commercial properties Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and repair plumbing components Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation and repair activities Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks or blockages and implement effective solutions Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing systems into new or existing structures Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation Skills Strong construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, soldering, welding, and schematics interpretation Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and general building maintenance Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise project execution Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and assembly equipment safely and effectively Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning Experience with carpentry or handyman tasks that complement plumbing work Knowledge of remodeling processes involving plumbing system integration Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site travel; familiarity with construction safety protocols is essential Join us if you're eager to apply your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact the success of our projects.
