Responsibilities Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively under supervision Support the assembly and installation of piping systems, fixtures, and HVAC components on construction sites Conduct basic measurements and calculations using math skills to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of plumbing parts Participate in remodeling, maintenance tasks, and field service activities as directed by senior team members Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience No prior professional experience required; however, construction site experience or maintenance person work is a plus Basic knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with construction plumbing is advantageous Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry skills preferred Ability to read blueprints or schematics is beneficial but not mandatory—training will be provided Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in HVAC systems or pipe threading techniques is desirable Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills on the job This apprenticeship position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in plumbing within a dynamic construction environment.
