Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks Perform welding and other mechanical procedures to secure piping systems where necessary Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities Troubleshoot plumbing issues promptly using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to determine solutions Follow schematics and technical instructions accurately during remodeling or new installations Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading methods Familiarity with welding, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting on commercial or residential projects Basic understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing setups is a plus Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles for transporting materials is preferred Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects enhances suitability for this role Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
