Piece work / Per job compensation Job Summary Sparkle Air & Plumbing is looking for a skilled and reliable subcontractor plumber to help service residential and light commercial plumbing jobs throughout the East Valley of Arizona . This is a piece work position , not an hourly role. That means you are paid by the job instead of by the hour, giving experienced plumbers the opportunity to make more based on the work completed. If you are efficient, professional, and take pride in quality workmanship, this can be a strong earning opportunity. We are looking for someone who can handle plumbing service calls, repairs, installs, and general plumbing work with minimal supervision while representing our company professionally with customers. Responsibilities Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations Diagnose plumbing issues and provide professional solutions Repair or replace water heaters, fixtures, valves, faucets, toilets, hose bibbs, and other plumbing components Perform leak repairs, drain repairs, and general service plumbing Install, repair, and modify water lines, drain lines, and related plumbing systems Communicate clearly with customers and company staff Complete work in a clean, professional, and code-compliant manner Provide before-and-after photos when needed Maintain a professional appearance and respectful customer service on every job Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations Requirements Plumbing experience required Must be able to work independently and complete jobs efficiently Must have your own tools and reliable transportation Must be dependable, professional, and customer-service focused Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend proper repairs Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain lines, water lines, and service plumbing Must be able to service jobs throughout the East Valley Licensed plumber or plumbing contractor experience preferred Ability to provide proof of insurance preferred Pay Structure This position is paid by piece work / per job , not hourly. This benefits experienced plumbers because your earning potential is based on the jobs you complete, not the number of hours you are on-site. The more efficient and skilled you are, the more you can make per job compared to a standard hourly position. Pay will vary depending on the type and size of the job.
