Plumbing Job Description Compensation:
Depends on Experience Wallcon is the contractor of choice for Arizona's leading homebuilders. Our team takes great pride in the work we do and has a reputation for delivering a quality product and great customer service for some of the largest homebuilders in Arizona. Our ever-growing company is looking for a Service Technician for our Plumbing Division to join our Team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Hours vary throughout the week and can include overtime. This position will be working out of our East Valley Location, off Sossaman & Warner in Mesa, AZ. Technicians are paid a competitive hourly rate - NOT commissioned. Successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic who is reliable and dependable. Overview of Duties- Servicing and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems in residential locations
- Troubleshoot/diagnose and present repair options and solutions to customers
- Cutting and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
- Assembly and installation of plumbing fixtures, equipment, and components
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with code
- Understand, recognize, and comply with OSHA safety regulations Experience/Requirements
- 5+ years plumbing experience
- Must be able to work well in a fast past environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and a proactive problem solver
- Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license is required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
