Service Plumber:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes Present options to customers with education behind each resolution Document all jobs using ServiceTitan Communicate with customers, and office team to optimize day Safely operate a company vehicle Participate in company training

Required Service Plumber Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience - REQUIRED Experience in removing and installing water heaters - Strongly Preferred Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Strong attention to detail Strong knowledge of safety compliance Ability to work independently or in a team environment Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.
