We are seeking an individual who possesses: A deep understanding of drain systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve clogged drain lines and related plumbing issues effectively. Experience performing drain cleaning, drain line repairs, and small plumbing repairs such as garbage disposal replacements, toilet replacements, and similar residential plumbing services. Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and reassuringly to customers. What You'll Be Doing As a Drain Technician with Action Plumbing, you will be a crucial part of our service delivery, ensuring our customers' drain systems are functioning properly and their plumbing issues are resolved efficiently and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting clogged drain lines and drain system issues with precision and expertise. Performing drain cleaning, drain clearing, and drain-related repairs on residential and light commercial systems. Completing small plumbing repairs such as garbage disposal replacements, toilet replacements, and other minor plumbing service work. Communicating effectively with customers, explaining technical concepts clearly and offering optimal solutions. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards, maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Managing your workload efficiently, including documentation of services performed and parts used. Collaborating with team members and management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
