Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumber Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across our properties. Your expertise will ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of plumbing infrastructure, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents and clients. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on residential and commercial properties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction plumbing and remodeling projects Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and prevent future failures Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed Requirements Proven 7+ year experience in plumbing or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading tools, etc. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site visits or material transport Prior handyman experience or construction site experience is highly advantageous Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously in a fast-paced environment Extras A company van may be provided 3-6 months into employment, so long as technician proves their proficiency.

$32.50 - $37.50 per hour
