• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and installations
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Properly document work performed, invoices, and job notes Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with residential service and repair plumbing
• Ability to independently complete service calls and installations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to use plumbing technology/software and mobile apps
• Clean, professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing equipment as needed
