$27-$35 per hour plus bonus Responsibilities:
Follows standard procedures and processes to ensure that the job progression stays on time and able to instruct laborers/helpers Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field. Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation. Assist with training and developing junior installers and apprentices to advance. Properly connect equipment (electrical hook-ups, gas lines, and venting, etc). Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements. Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to the company work vehicle. Performs all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times. Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home, service calls and/or installations. Understand your performance criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats. Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates. Requirements:
At least 3 years of plumbing installation experience Excellent customer interaction skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in drain stoppage and grease trap stoppages Experience in operating equipment, such as camera locator and drain equipment preferred Can lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces Plumbing experience for water/sewer/septic systems lines in residential and/or commercial locations Able to operate multiple types of excavation equipment preferred Able to work well independently and coordinate job from start to finish Must be able to perform majority of plumbing service Thorough knowledge of water pipe repairs and fixtures repairs Why Choose Gilmore?
