$25-35/hour + Commission & Incentives) The Big Tasks:
You will perform service, maintenance, and warranty work requests on all residential plumbing systems. Diagnose, recommend, and sell service agreements, accessory items, and replacement system leads. Provide our customers with knowledge, support, and an extraordinary service experience. You will exhibit strong leadership and guidance, assisting your team of technicians. Be able to perform all aspects of residential service plumbing(water heaters, waste and water lines, shower valves etc..) Your expertise in diagnosing residential plumbing systems will be vital. Guide our customers with informed decisions regarding services and products, present safety insights on their home's water and plumbing systems and establish trust. Key Sub Tasks:
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork. Be proficient all residential plumbing services. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. Physical Requirements:
Physical dexterity in limbs and digits to operate hand and power-driven tools and equipment. Physical ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis, and occasionally 100 pounds. Ability to tolerate long periods of exposure to inclement weather.
