In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to remodeling and maintenance, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver top-quality results. Responsibilities Install, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and in existing structures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete installations and repairs Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance Collaborate with construction teams, General Contractors, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a valid license or certification in plumbing or related field Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems, schematics, and mechanical principles Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Construction site experience with familiarity in installing new plumbing systems, remodeling, assembly, maintenance work, and field service operations Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, welding, and working at heights Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; handyman experience is beneficial Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join our team as a Journeyman Plumber if you're eager to apply your technical expertise on impactful projects while advancing your career in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
