Experienced Water Filtration Installer & Service Technician Plumber

PureFlo, Inc. is hiring an experienced Water Filtration Installer & Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial water treatment systems throughout Contra Costa and Alameda County. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a technician with strong plumbing or water treatment experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and perform clean, high-quality installations and service work. Systems We Install & Service Water softeners Salt-free water conditioners Reverse osmosis systems Whole-house filtration systems Commercial filtration systems Responsibilities Install residential and commercial water filtration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment equipment and plumbing issues Perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs Verify plumbing connections and system operation before completing jobs Inspect products, materials, and equipment prior to installation Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Accurately document work performed and job details Follow all company safety procedures and standards Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing, service plumbing, or water treatment installation experience Ability to work independently in residential and commercial environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with plumbing systems, piping, valves, and water equipment Clean DMV record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Previous water treatment industry experience Experience installing or servicing water softeners and reverse osmosis systems Residential service plumbing experience Experience with copper, PEX, PVC, and filtration plumbing systems Compensation & Benefits $38-$45/hour depending on experience Full-time, year-round work Company vehicle provided Paid time off Health insurance after 90 days Dental insurance after 90 days Annual discretionary bonus Stable local service area Location Based out of Brentwood, CA servicing Contra Costa and Alameda County.
