This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse plumbing projects, from residential remodels to commercial installations. You will be instrumental in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Whether you're assisting experienced plumbers or leading projects as a Journeyman, your expertise will contribute directly to delivering top-tier service to our clients. This paid position provides valuable hands-on experience and growth opportunities within the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, including piping, fixtures, and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing projects while adhering to safety protocols Support the assembly and remodeling of plumbing components in both commercial and residential settings Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, and material estimations Follow safety guidelines related to construction plumbing, HVAC systems, and general site protocols to maintain a secure work environment Skills Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials Experience with welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards Mechanical aptitude with understanding HVAC systems and general mechanical knowledge Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment effectively Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in plumbing tasks Valid commercial driver's license (preferred) for site transportation or material delivery Handyman experience or background in remodeling enhances versatility on job sites Knowledge of carpentry skills useful for supporting plumbing installations during construction or renovation projects Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous learning.
