$90,000
  • $150,000 per year (Hourly + commissions + bonuses, based on experience and performance) We are hiring Full-Time Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team in the Chico area.
If you're a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality work, values customer service, and wants to earn top-tier pay with strong support, this is a great opportunity. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in compliance with code. Service and replace plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters. Work on water lines, gas lines, sump pumps, recirculating pumps, and water purification systems. Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including those behind walls, ceilings, and underground. Perform drain-cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines. Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers. Safely use ladders (6', 12', and 20') to access roofs and elevated work areas. Research, order, and track parts while maintaining and restocking service vehicle inventory. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals. Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle difficult situations professionally. Ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
