We're searching for experienced Service Plumbers who share our commitment to delivering the best possible product and service to our ever-growing customer base while maximizing their earning potential. Qualifications and Responsibilities 3+ years' experience as a Service Plumber Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, water heaters, etc. Drain cleaning and jetting experience required Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe Experience working on pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and sump pumps (duplex and triplex systems) Ability to troubleshoot and repair water heaters Must be able to work a rotating on-call schedule Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects require Must be able to safely operate a service truck, which must be stored at home in a safe area such as home driveway or garage (no street parking) Experience dealing with commercial/residential customers is a must, so we ask that you are personable and presentable Compensation and Benefits Commission Structure Monthly incentive performance bonuses Take-home company service truck, gas card, and company cell phone
