In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is experienced, motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, valves, and piping in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Interpret blueprints, building plans, and schematics to determine layout and materials Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and pressure testing as needed Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues Complete service calls with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail Ensure all work meets company quality standards and job site safety protocols Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and tools Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure job satisfaction Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and pipefitting techniques Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and system diagrams Basic math and measurement skills Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a variety of environments Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license and clean driving record [Optional] State plumbing license or certification preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + overtime and bonus opportunities Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniforms Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays On-the-job training and career development A positive, team-oriented work culture
