  • Technician in Covina, CA, who is passionate about providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers.
We offer a competitive pay range of $60,000 to $110,000 per year , along with an attractive benefits package that includes a retirement plan, paid training both in-house and with industry-leading companies, continued education to help you earn valuable certifications and a work vehicle that you can take home. QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of professional plumbing experience Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to work in tight spaces and lift 50 pounds The ability to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system on an iPad is preferred Our schedule offers work-life balance and flexibility, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, during our operating hours of 8:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM, Monday
  • Saturday.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PLUMBING SALES REP
  • TECHNICIAN You start your day prepared and ready, equipped with everything you need to meet with customers, assess their plumbing needs, and provide expert recommendations.
Your primary focus is bidding jobs and closing sales, ensuring that customers feel confident in the solutions you offer. While your main role is in sales, you have the hands-on skills to step in and perform the work when needed. The majority of your projects are residential, but you'll also tackle the occasional industrial job. Throughout the day, you maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-first approach, making sure each client receives the high-quality service we are known for.
