This role involves installing residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about providing excellent service to customers. Responsibilities Install plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, and piping in new and existing buildings Ensure installations meet safety standards and local plumbing codes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide excellent customer service and represent Ability Plumbing professionally on every job Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Minimum 5 of plumbing install experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, heights) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
