General Manager, Dispatch Manager Work Hours:

7:30•4:30, with a minimal 30-minute uninterrupted meal break, Monday•Friday, some weeknights, and weekends. This position regularly requires overtime due to the nature of the business.

Pay Scale:

$25.00•29.00 Plus Commissionable Opportunities (Up-to 10%)

Primary Job Function:

Assess, clean, line, and inspect residential plumbing lines top to meet the needs of customers and projects with exceptional 5 Star Service and Guarantee. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of pipelining experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, heights) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent communication and teamwork skills Show willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes Experience in training and mentoring Service Professionals Time management skills and motivational skills to include leadership role required Be able to size gas lines, water lines, and drain lines Ability to lead teams and projects Strong work ethic and organizational skills Must follow and; enforce all policies, procedures & safety standards Strong attention to detail Knowledgeable of California labor laws and implementation of Able to multi-task and remain calm during stressful situations What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
