What You'll Do:

Assist Installers with residential and commercial water system installations. Work with power tools, copper piping (cutting, soldering, welding), and other installation equipment. Support system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs. Serve as a backup driver for company trucks, traveling to customer locations. Learn and develop hands-on skills with tools and installation techniques. Ensure systems are properly set up and fully functional before leaving a job site.

What We're Looking For:

Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel . Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism . A customer service mindset with great communication skills. Ability to pass a background check. Physically fit—able to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs . Valid driver's license with a clean record. Must be at least 21 years old. Why Join Us? Competitive pay and full benefits.
