Responsibilities Assemble components as per project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Utilize basic math skills for measurements, measurement conversions, and calculations necessary for construction tasks. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for use on-site. Must be capable and confident of maintaining a clean work truck, tools and on-site work flow. Support remodeling efforts by performing tasks such as plumb adjustments and general maintenance person duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on the work site site. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Help troubleshoot issues that arise during projects, applying mechanical knowledge to find effective solutions. Use accounting software to create estimates, invoices, and collect payments from clients. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, water heating systems (conventional/tankless), drainage systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial structures. Have experience working with gas lines,general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Ability to identify and execute sales opportunities Skills Replace/repair standard toilet, skirted toilet, bidet toilet, and washlet Repair/replace Gas Water Heater, Electrical Water Heater, Tankless Water Heater Able to perform Propress, Pex, and Soldering Copper Service multi family dwelling units Install whole house filtration system Install drinking water filtration system Install and repair irrigation lines Repair gas leak Install and repair a variety of faucets Install and repair dishwasher and garbage disposal Install and repair a variety of kitchen and bathroom fixtures Capable of performing physical labor and lift up to 75lb Perform all tasks in compliance with OSHA safety regulations. Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper. Experience unclogging and replacing drain from 1-1/4" to 6" in size using snake, rooter and/or hydro-jet tools. Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED certificate. Formal trade school training preferred, but not required. 1-3 years experience as plumber or plumbing technician Valid driver's license - Clean driving record Paid training opportunities and room for growth within the company. Overtime expected. Paid Bi-weekly. Mon-Sat work schedule Part time position is also negotiable. Must pass a background check.
