Must obtain within 90 days of employment an OSHA Certificate for the operation of a forklift; thereafter must maintain certificate. A DMV driving report is required at time of application High School graduation or equivalent and two years of journey-level experience as a plumber and experience at an unskilled to semiskilled level in two or more trade areas
