This position requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, installing various fixtures and appliances, and using professional service equipment. We are a customer-first company that values professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair water, drain, and gas systems using standard plumbing tools and methods. Operate main line cables/snakes , hydrojetters , and sewer video inspection cameras .

Install and service:

Water heaters (tank/tankless, gas/electric) Water softeners Garbage disposals Ice makers Exchangers , faucets, toilets, and other fixtures Perform rough-in and finish plumbing for remodels and system upgrades. Provide professional customer service by explaining plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly. Complete digital work orders and documentation accurately; experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus. Comply with California Plumbing Code and Santa Clara + Monterey County regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle. Follow all company policies including safety standards, customer service etiquette, and uniform compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in residential and commercial service plumbing.

Demonstrated proficiency using:

Cable machines/main line snakes Hydrojetting units Sewer line inspection/video equipment Installation of water heaters, softeners, exchangers, ice makers, and garbage disposals Familiarity with California codes and industry best practices. Valid California Driver's License with a clean record. Able to pass a background check and drug screening , compliant with California law. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar work order/dispatch software preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, crouch, crawl, and work in confined or elevated spaces. Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions common to the Monterey Bay Area.

Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM , with some after-hours and weekend emergency service rotations . Position is based in Morgan Hill, CA , with travel to job sites throughout Santa Clara, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties .
