Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. Duties Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and soldering equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues with plumbing systems and implement effective solutions promptly. Assist in remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components seamlessly into new or existing structures. Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work on construction sites or customer residences. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted for each service call. Qualifications Proven experience in plumbing, including residential service work and remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and soldering techniques. Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of plumbing systems and schematics. Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly and perform manual labor throughout the workday. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as needed. Additional handyman experience or carpentry skills are a plus to support diverse project needs.
