In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure is built to code, safe, efficient, and reliable. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure secure connections. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC teams to coordinate project timelines and specifications. Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning during installations. Lift heavy materials safely and operate construction equipment as needed for large-scale projects. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or related field with a solid understanding of plumbing systems. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with welding techniques, pipe threading, schematics reading, and mechanical knowledge. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely. Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects with a focus on remodeling or new construction. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout tasks. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport. Handyman experience or background in assembly and remodeling is a plus.
