We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, understand commercial plumbing systems, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Install underground plumbing, waste, water, and gas systems Perform rough-ins, top-outs, fixture installation, and final trim Work alongside general contractors and other trades on job sites Ensure all work is completed according to code and project specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Experience with cast iron, copper, PVC, PEX, and gas piping Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
