As a Residential Service Plumbing Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing systems in homes. Base pay, plus commisions Responsibilities Maintain, inspect, diagnose, & repair residential plumbing systems Sewer/Drain cleaning & replacement, Water Heating, Water Treatment, General Service, Install, Club Memberships, Sales, Service & Repair Present repair and replacement options to customers and advocate for their needs Follow service and sales "Red Carpet Experience" service standard. Support and mentor apprentices to foster their professional development Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications 5-6 yrs. Experience in residential plumbing maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and present service options Commitment to teamwork and mentoring apprentices Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and skill development Compensation Hourly+Commision. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience, with opportunities for yearly wage or commission increases as your performance & abilities grow.
