Holiday Pay Referral Program Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Plumber. Current and valid Plumber license High proficiency in soldering, fitting, and pipe work with various materials Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering professional customer service Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check Apart from servicing, these technicians will also generate leads and maybe even sales. Some sales expertise is preferred.
Summary:
Join IRBIS as a Service Plumber Technician and take pride in delivering high-quality residential plumbing services backed by strong company support. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing , and performing ongoing maintenance on plumbing systems while ensuring all work meets current plumbing and safety codes . The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a licensed Service Plumbe r_, with strong skills in soldering, fitting , and working with various piping materials. A valid driver's license , clean driving record , and a customer-first mindset_ are essential, along with some sales expertise to help generate leads during service calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform expert troubleshooting to locate the root cause of leaks, pressure issues, and system failures. Conduct precise repairs on water and drain piping. Service and repair existing fixtures (faucets, toilets, showers). Perform diagnostics and component replacement on water heaters. Clearly consult with homeowners, explain required work, and provide accurate pricing Ensure all work meets current plumbing and safety codes. Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and time logs using digital systems•Service Titan preferred Maintain organization, inventory, and cleanliness of the company service vehicle, tools, and equipment
