Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work complies with safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters, HVAC technicians, and electricians to coordinate project activities Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of work to ensure a secure working environment Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and performing heavy lifting as needed Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing and general construction site work Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Mechanical knowledge related to pipe threading, welding, and HVAC systems is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including scaffolding and heavy lifting gear Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing layouts Familiarity with schematics, remodeling techniques, and handyman tasks is a plus Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions Join us as a Plumber where your skills will directly impact the quality of our projects!
