The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, with the ability to read blueprints, work independently, and ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and building codes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-quality construction project while working in a professional and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site. Complete projects efficiently and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Requirements Valid Plumbing License. Proven commercial plumbing experience required. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must have own plumbing tools. Must have a reliable truck or vehicle and a valid driver's license. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
