Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our growing team. Our company specializes in residential and commercial remodels, new construction, tenant improvements, and advanced service work. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and waste systems Complete rough-in and finish plumbing for residential remodels, residential new construction projects, and commercial tenant improvement build-outs Diagnose plumbing issues (leaks, pressure loss, heating issues, system failures, etc.) and implement effective solutions Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications Cut, solder, bend, and join pipe to required specifications Install and service fixtures and equipment Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations Communicate professionally with team members Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and clean, organized job sites Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols Qualifications 5+ years of professional plumbing experience High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or apprenticeship completion preferred) Strong work ethic and high level of accountability Familiarity with local plumbing codes and building regulations Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings a plus Physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces Good communication skills and professional demeanor Valid driver's license with clean driving record Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and confidentiality Working Conditions On-site work in homes, businesses, and active construction sites Exposure to varying temperatures, heights, and confined spaces Occasional irregular hours depending on project demands Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Compensation $35
