We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Radon Mitigator to join our Residential Radon team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and managing radon levels in residential properties. Your expertise will help ensure safe indoor air quality, protecting occupants from potential health risks associated with radon exposure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to public safety and property maintenance. Duties All aspects of residential radon mitigation. Install, maintain, and service radon mitigation systems such as vent pipes, fans, and sealing techniques to reduce radon concentrations Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to implement effective mitigation strategies Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues related to radon systems, ensuring optimal performance Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and service technicians to coordinate mitigation projects efficiently Maintain detailed records of tests, installations, repairs, and system performance for compliance and reporting purposeS. Requirements

MUST HAVE CURRENT VALID NRPP LICENCE AND MINUMUM ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE AND BE EFFECTIVE IN RADON MITIGATION INDEPENDANTLY.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle safely Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.
