The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction plumbing and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work is completed efficiently and meets industry standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Assemble and install valves, fittings, and pipes using hand tools and power tools. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure projects are completed on time. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs. Adhere to safety regulations and building codes while performing all tasks. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in plumbing work. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. Experience working on construction sites is preferred. A background as a carpenter or maintenance person is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
