Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Project Plumber Helper / Laborer to join our team. This position assists our project plumbers with sewer and water line replacements, excavation projects, underground plumbing work, and general construction-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the plumbing trade.
What You Will Do:
Assist plumbers with sewer and water line installations and repairs Help with excavation, trenching, and job site preparation Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment Perform digging, backfilling, and site cleanup Assist with underground plumbing installations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements Support project plumbers and crew leaders as needed
What We Are Looking For:
Construction, plumbing, or labor experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
