THE GIST

We are looking for a Service Sniper . A Journeyman who knows their code, takes pride in clean copper, and doesn't need a babysitter. We are growing fast in the Denver metro area because we fix the "other guy's" mistakes. We need someone who can help us! If you are tired of being treated like a number, tired of driving a beat-up van, or tired of a boss who has never turned a wrench—come talk to us. THE PAY (Real Numbers): $35.00

• $50.

00 / hour (Depending on skill & sales ability).

THE PERKS

Days:

fully stocked, well-maintained. You don't pay for gas.

The Tools:

We provide the big stuff (Press guns, sewer cameras, jetters). You bring your hand tools.

The Schedule:

Monday

• Friday.

8AM to 4:30PM. Overtime if a specific project requires it. On-Call 1-Week Every 45-Days.

Days THE GIG:

You will be handling Multi-Family/Commercial service and repair.

Water Heaters:

Tankless and standard (We install them all).

Drains:

Diagnosis and repair (not just cabling—real solutions).

Fixtures:

High-end remodels and replacements.

The Client:

We work in nice places. You need to be clean, presentable, and able to explain technical problems to our site contacts without being rude or talking us out of future work.

Leak Repair:

Can you find that leak?

Hydronic Boilers:

We install them, service them, diagnose them, then repair.

Remodels:

From rough-in to finish work, we do it all

WHO YOU ARE

Colorado Journeyman License is non-negotiable. 3+

Years Experience:

You've seen it all. You know how to troubleshoot a boiler in January and swap a PRV without flooding the basement.

No Drama:

You show up on time. You look professional. You Communicate with the office and You do the job right the first time.

Tech Savvy:

You can use an iPad for invoices without throwing it across the yard.

THE DEAL BREAKERS
