Provide maintenance and preventive maintenance to the buildings, equipment and grounds to provide a safe and healthful environment. Primary focus of plumbing. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, HVAC, equipment maintenance, building maintenance and safety testing). Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Journeyman plumber license required. 5 years experience in plumbing/HVAC and general maintenance or is able to demonstrate the ability to perform these responsibilities.
