We're not hiring "another plumber." We're hiring someone who can produce. If you need someone chasing you, reminding you to serve the homeowner with options, or fixing your paperwork—this isn't the place. At 1st Choice Pro Services, we run a structured shop. Training, accountability, and performance matter here.
This is for you if:
You can diagnose plumbing issues without guessing You're confident talking to homeowners and offering solutions You like making money and being held accountable You take ownership of your calls from start to finish This is NOT for you if: You avoid recommending repairs because it's uncomfortable You rely on hourly and want to coast You blame dispatch, pricing, or leads You need constant supervision What makes us different: Consistent call volume (no starving techs) Technicians are trained to offer options, not just patch problems Clear KPIs and performance expectations Strong leadership and daily structure Opportunity to move into higher roles (sales, leadership) A day in the life: Start with a team training meeting, then run service calls where you diagnose, present options, and solve real problems for homeowners. You own your calls—diagnosis, recommendations, and closing the work.Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems Present multiple options to homeowners Complete clean, professional paperwork Collect payment and close jobs properly Maintain a clean and organized truckGrowth Opportunity:
Top technicians move into higher-earning roles quickly. If you can produce, there is no ceiling here.Non-negotiables:
Show up and be reliable Be coachable Follow process Own your numbers If you're used to being the top tech in your shop, you'll fit here. If you're average, this will expose you quickly.To Apply:
