This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values customer service, and is comfortable participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems Perform drain cleaning and snaking using company-provided equipment Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend clear, cost-effective repair solutions Accurately identify materials and plan installations and repairs efficiently Deliver safe, high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Communicate professionally with customers and provide honest system recommendations Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls Maintain company vehicle, tools, and job documentation in a professional manner Qualifications 4+ years of plumbing experience (residential service preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Own basic plumbing hand tools (specialized drain equipment provided by the company) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist during emergency calls Benefits $30.00 - $36.00 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay cycle Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (sick time and 7 paid holidays) Company-provided service vehicle for work-related use Uniforms provided Tech package (smartphone or tablet) Mentorship and apprenticeship opportunities Long-term career stability with a respected local company Work Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday Weekend and emergency on-call availability required Work Location On-site fieldwork throughout local residential service areas Based in and proudly serving the Fort Collins, CO community Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
