This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems Perform drain cleaning/snaking using company-provided equipment Accurately identify materials and plan for installations and repairs Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide clear, cost-effective solutions Deliver safe, efficient service with a focus on customer satisfaction Provide honest recommendations for system upgrades or replacements Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls Qualifications Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must own your own basic plumbing tools (Hahn provides specialized drain cleaning equipment) Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Team-oriented and dependable, with a willingness to assist during emergency calls Benefits $27.50-$36.00 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay cycle Health insurance Paid Time Off (Sick and 7 Paid Holidays) Health Savings Account (HSA) Company-provided vehicle for work-related use Uniforms provided Tech package (smartphone or tablet) Mentorship and Apprenticeship opportunities Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday Weekend and emergency call availability required Location Onsite fieldwork throughout our local residential service areas Based in the community we proudly serve Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
