Job Description
Job description: Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a journeyman or master plumbing license, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a background in plumbing, the ability to work on construction sites, and proficiency in various plumbing tasks including installation, maintenance, and remodeling. Responsibilities Receive work order tickets and perform a range of tasks, from preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement services to emergency repairs. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Work alongside service coordinator in the office for scheduling and invoicing customers. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify issues. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all plumbing activities. Experience Plumbing license Knowledge of plumbing, boilers and backflow prevention. A variety of tools to complete tasks assigned. Physical capability to lift heavy objects, kneel for extended periods, and work in crawl spaces and attics A valid driver's license with a good driving record Familiarity with remodeling projects is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively diagnose and resolve plumbing issues. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various construction sites.
