Lead With Us. We're a small, family-based plumbing company looking for a solid journeyman who wants more than just a job. If you care about doing things right, want to be part of a good crew, and are looking for a place you can actually grow, keep reading. This is a chance to get in early, help lay the foundation of a growing company, and step into a leadership role as we expand. We do a mix of residential, service, and small commercial work (remodels and new builds), so no two weeks look the same. It keeps things interesting, and it builds real skill—not just repetition. Why This Is a Great Opportunity We're not a big, corporate shop. We're a tight team that values honesty, quality work, and showing up for each other. Family matters here—both the one at home and the one you work with. You won't get lost in the shuffle. Your work will be seen, your ideas will be heard, and your effort will actually lead somewhere. If you've got leadership in you, we want to help bring that out and move you toward a foreman or field manager role. Who We're Looking For
