Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Service Plumber to oversee plumbing service operations, lead installation and repair projects, and mentor team members on-site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of complex plumbing tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards across various construction and service projects. Duties Lead and coordinate plumbing service calls, installations, repairs, and remodels on commercial and residential sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing solutions Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and other construction tools efficiently and safely Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction plumbing, including pipe installation and system maintenance Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, piping layouts, or remodeling projects Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accurate reporting Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing, including pipe fitting, pipe threading, welding, and schematics reading Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical components, and building schematics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and carpentry skills for remodeling or maintenance tasks Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately in a fast-paced environment Prior field service experience working on construction sites or commercial projects Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and system layouts Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving preferred Handyman experience or background in assembly and general maintenance is a plus Join our team as a Lead Service Plumber to bring your expertise to dynamic projects while advancing your career in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
