Plumbing Technician 270 W 65th St, Loveland, CO 80538 Full-time Full-time Our company is seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines. Test and monitor plumbing systems, equipment, and components using appropriate tools to identify and resolve issues. Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure plumbing systems operate effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing plumbing tasks. Cleaning is a mandatory requirement upon completion of work.
Physical Demands:
This position requires physical agility and stamina. Tasks may involve kneeling, climbing ladders, bending, and moving about on hands and knees.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. Strong troubleshooting abilities with accurate diagnosis of plumbing issues. Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment. Knowledge of using sewer snake, hydro jet, pipe locator, and camera. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations. Excellent communication skills. Trucks and tools are a plus.
