This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure top-quality plumbing installations and repairs. As a Master Plumber, you will oversee the entire plumbing process, from blueprint interpretation to final inspection, ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes. Your dedication will help deliver reliable, efficient plumbing systems that stand the test of time. Duties Interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts and installations. Lead and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and remodeling projects on construction sites. Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools with precision. Install, maintain, and repair piping systems for water supply, drainage, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other mechanical systems. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively. Supervise junior plumbers and handyman staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing, including commercial site experience and remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, pipe threading, welding, HVAC systems, and schematic reading. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and basic carpentry skills for framing or support structures. Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and schematics. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces on construction sites. Valid commercial driver's license preferred for transporting materials or equipment as needed. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience or assembly skills for quick troubleshooting.
