We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of piping and fixtures Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to create efficient plumbing networks on-site Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions; troubleshoot issues effectively Collaborate with construction teams including carpenters and HVAC specialists to coordinate project tasks and ensure seamless integration of systems Utilize heavy lifting techniques safely when handling pipes or equipment; perform remodeling or handyman tasks as needed Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites; adhere to local building codes and regulations Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certification Proven experience in construction plumbing projects with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus; familiarity with construction site safety procedures is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic carpentry equipment efficiently Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces over extended periods Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and installation Prior experience in remodeling projects or handyman work is advantageous Join our team to build reliable plumbing solutions that stand the test of time!
