This is a founding leadership role where you start in the field setting standards, then move into full managerial leadership once the division reaches five service technicians. You won't just build this division — you'll own a piece of its upside. Who You Are You hold a CT P-1 Master Plumber license (or hold a P-2 and are actively working toward your P-1) You have experience running or helping lead a residential service department — install, maintenance, and service — not just working in one You know ServiceTitan or comparable field service management (FSM) software and how to use it to run a tight operation You are a builder who would rather create something from scratch than inherit someone else's machine You take pride in running a tight operation where margins, quality, and culture all hold together You lead without ego, and the techs who have worked for you would line up to work for you again You believe accountability is a gift you give your team, not a stick you swing at them You love the moment when a system you designed starts running without you in the room You bring 5+ years of residential service experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Who We Are A family-owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving homeowners across Connecticut and New York Built on four decades of hands-on, master-level experience, paired with modern equipment and straightforward pricing Historically new-construction and project-based, now launching a disciplined residential service division designed to scale Not private equity.
