What You'll Do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service work, including repairs, installs, diagnostics, and maintenance Diagnose issues and communicate clearly solutions and pricing with customers Utilize ServiceTitan for job management, dispatch, drafting estimates, invoicing, and job updates Collaborate with ownership to develop service processes and best practices as the company grows Provide input on tools, equipment, and materials used in the field Maintain clean, safe, and code-compliant job sites Represent bluefrog with professionalism, reliability, and pride Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement Expected schedule : 35-45 hours per week What Makes This Role Unique You'll play a key role in shaping the standards and culture of a growing company. Who You Are Active Connecticut P-2 Journeyman Plumbing License in good standing 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Compensation & Benefits Our compensation model is transparent and designed to reward quality work and strong performance.

Base Pay:

$50 per hour

Performance Pay:

Additional sales and performance-based compensation opportunities Most plumbers can expect to earn $2,000-$4,000 per week, depending on workload, efficiency, and performance
